Beanstalk's Center Based Programs daily schedules offer
opportunities for children to create, explore, learn concepts, problem solve,
and work on muscle development. Our children acquire independence through
appropriate personal interactions while developing self-help skills, and
working with materials that are meaningful to them.
What type of INFANT/TODDLER CARE is available? Beanstalk provides care and services for infants and toddlers (newborn to 36 months) in licensed homes that contract with the Family Child Care Homes Education Network. Family child care homes, located throughout the greater Sacramento area, participate in this network. Materials, training, furnishings, equipment and technical assistance are available at no cost to providers who are within the network. Beanstalk teaching staff assess each infant/toddler’s growth and development, develop and implement lesson plans and model best practices for caregivers. The on-going technical assistance for providers as well as support for children and families helps to build a strong collaboration that enriches the family child care home education experience. This is a tuition assistance program for income eligible families only. All children from families that meet the income eligibility criteria are welcome. What does the PRESCHOOL PROGRAM incorporate?
